The 55-60kN Torque Head is designed for screw pile installation, delivering up to 60,000Nm torque at 300 Bar and 150l/min flow. Compatible with 8-30t excavators, it runs at max 7rpm and weighs 480kg (without cradle). Featuring a torque gauge and 8-bolt flange for adaptable connections, its body width is 470mm, and the powerhead length is 1300 mm. Requires ¾” BSP female hydraulic hoses. For proper function, ensure bi-directional flow, 250–300 Bar pressure, 175–200l/min flow, and clean, leak-free fittings to avoid motor or excavator damage.
90KN TORQUE HEAD – 90,000NM FOR 13-50T EXCAVATORS
The 90kN Torque Head is designed for screw pile installation, providing up to 90,000Nm torque at a max of 300 Bar and 150l/min flow. Suitable for 13-50t excavators, it operates at a max speed of 4.5rpm. Weighing 900kg without cradle (1200kg with), it features a 12-bolt flange (355PCD, 26Ø) for versatile adaptor fitting. Body width is 550mm, and powerhead length is 1480mm. Equipped with ¾” BSP female hydraulic hoses. Ensure bi-directional flow, 250–300 Bar pressure, 175–200l/min flow, and clean, leak-free fittings to prevent damage.
